....In terms of education that #enriches a #society - #Communities should focus on the creation/#incubation, of "Learning - Culture!"
"A #Culture of #Learning": an environment, focused on #citizens learning from their fellow citizens, #sharing data, #collaboration, inquiry. (Like.. online open source #code collaboration - but on a #grassroots level - #focused on the needs of their community and #country at large)
The #traditional classroom model worked well when our #workforce was in #factories/corporate offices.
But that era #business is over with!
"#Human base #labor" is totally #marginalized and obsolete!
