Arguably, this New California Gun Law is completely Unconstitutional as it violates the 2nd Amendment:
Gun-safety legislation going into effect in California January 1st will allow authorities to seize a person’s weapons for 21 days if a judge determines there’s potential for violence.
Proposed in the wake of a deadly May 2014 shooting rampage by Elliot Rodger, the bill provides family members with a means of having an emergency “gun violence restraining order” imposed against a loved one if they can convince a judge that allowing that person to possess a firearm “poses an immediate and present danger of causing personal injury to himself, herself or another by having in his or her custody or control.”
“The law gives us a vehicle to cause the person to surrender their weapons, to have a time out, if you will,” Los Angeles Police Department Assistant Chief Michael Moore told a local NPR affiliate. “It allows further examination of the person’s mental state.”
“It’s a short duration and it allows for due process,” he continued, adding: “It’s an opportunity for mental health professionals to provide an analysis of a person’s mental state.”
It's important to note, that our founding fathers never compromised their liberties for security. The rebellion against King George was not for safety, it was for liberty!

when robot technology takes over the US workforce?

When politicians talk about job creation or bringing jobs back to America and their first point of discussion isn't robot technology, its effects on the human labor market- they're basically insulting your intelligence and indirectly telling you; "we have no solutions for your children's economic well-being in the future".

America, returning to its spiritual roots of kabalah!
Everybody knows, the founding fathers of America studied #Kabbalah & the #Constitution is a document inspired by #Kabbalistic thinking.
Arguably, one could say; America has strayed from its spiritual roots of Kabbalah. Which has influenced a #intellectual and #spiritual departure from America being a #Republic.
America needs to return to its original spiritual roots of Kabbalah and our Constitution needs to be reanalyzed, understood from a Kabbalistic frame of thinking (Exactly like our founding fathers). It's not about a new #religion, as it is, a set of new lenses 2 see unified religion .

can a Muslim be president of the United States?
Dr. #BenCarson recently made a statement that "a #Muslim cannot be the President of the United States".
Not only is dr. Ben Carson statement #racist - it's #unconstitutional, anti-republican values, anti American values.
#America doesn't need another #president who doesn't abide by the Constitution, exclusively, in his or her decision making.
#God forbid someone stands up one day and says I can't run for president because - I'm #Jewish and #Judaism is different than what he or she perceives America as being.
The #Constitution is the only set of by laws we have protecting American values; may we never divert. For those who don't know, the Constitution reads as follows:

my thoughts about Planned Parenthood.
Why do we need Planned Parenthood; if we have Obamacare? If the argument is - there are services under Planned Parenthood that aren't covered under Obamacare. why not expand Obamacare to cover those services?
The issues that conservatives have with Planned Parenthood isn't the services it provides to women; which all people agree are needed. The issue is the 326 Thousand children or fetuses kill through abortions every year by Planned Parenthood. 90,000 of which comes specifically from the African American community.
Some people argue, Planned Parenthood is a abortion population control strategy against minorities in America.

When talking about growing a local economy. what better way, then to put money in the hands of local business owners? - whose business model revolve around them expanding their social community, on a grassroots local level..
That's the whole concept around my "Social Media Business Enhancement Act". Not, to go, into super detail but my Business Act gives "Social Media Based Businesses $ 0% business taxes - along with providing different types of government subsidies- for investment institutions domestically and abroad - looking to invest specifically in growing "Social Community Creations Base Businesses". In the 37th district there's tens of thousands of creative social media based businesses - just needing a little support entering the International private sector as owners not laborers. Changing the social fabric of the community forever.

The United States government created the social identification management concept of Black & White people.
1)Why do we need color identification on our US Census report?
2)Wouldn't focusing on the economic status of American citizens be more comprehensive in terms of finding solutions for social inequities?

It's important to note: current Congress person Karen Bass for sure does not care or represent the Jewish position in the 37th district on the Iran Nucular Deal. Karen Bass's loyalty is to the Black Caucus whom are supported by anti-israel organizations. When Prime Minister Netanyahu traveled from Israel warning America on the dangers of Iran nuclear deal. Karen Bass rejected the responsibility of representing the Jewish community - by not even showing up 2 hear Netanyahu's presentation 2 Congress (on the bad deal with Iran). No more black and white men just American brotherhood
Getting rid of the #confederateflag is more about freeing white people from the mental #slavery of "#white #privilege #consciousness".. then it is removing an oppressive idea against black ppl.
The concept of "white privilege consciousness": is the biggest brainwashing mechanism to ever existed on planet #Earth or at least in #america.
There's no such thing as white privilege; unless you view society like a Jerry Springer episode (or having a better spot on a plantation).
White privilege is a sophisticated way to play on the ego, insecurities, lack of education of poor/ white people - blinding them, with a false sense of empowerment (similar to being a Crip or blood in gang territory). Allowing the rich 1% of America and foreign companies to steal wealth and Control America's Political System.
White people are not rich in America - "the closest thing white people have to becoming rich: is the concept of the middle class" - Which is just another way of saying; you're never going to be rich- but you're better than, the systematically created poor black and Hispanic.
When you think about wealth distribution or the lack of in America - the focus should not be on blacks or Hispanics but rather on the 77 % of Americans whose Caucasian ancestors built the US Private Sectors.
For example: 97 percent of all the wealth in America, is owned and controlled by less than 1% of America's population!
The world's elite 1% own $42.7 trillion dollars, more than the bottom 3 billion residents of earth!
- how does this equate to white privilege?
The only way to reconfigure Americas economics structure to produce more wealthy Americans is by removing the "color scheme population control system" designed by the wealthy.
A couple of years ago Kanye West was greatly criticized for trying to make the Confederate flag a fashion statement he responded by saying:

Without going on for the next hour on how detrimental/culturally divisive it is intellectually to the individuals participating in defining themselves as Black,Brown or White Americans.
I'll focus on the simple perspective:
Education on a federal level (which creates the American labor/working force) is systematically organized by race and culture - instead of focusing exclusively on the economic conditions of its students. For example:
Lower-class youth in America commit four times more violent crimes than middle-class youth.
Middle class black, white, Hispanic people are much less likely to go to jail then poor Black, White and Hispanic Americans .
Instead of focusing on black on black murders. America can focus on the destructive effects of the drug business in Poor White, Latino and Black communities.. as it relates to murders/perpetuating property.
For the record: There was a time when "Mass Immigration" was very new to America and immigrants needed specific governmental assistants - but now black, brown and white have integrated culturally as Americans.
Just go to any popular hip hop concert in any American Neighborhood.
There's much more to discuss but as a premise.. "the concept of Black, Brown & White as terms to define people and addressing social issues". Is stupid, outdated and a by product of a racist colonialist way of thinking.
The American Constitution (American Dream) illuminates the capabilities/potential of every human being on planet Earth -as human being created by God, not shades of a complexion defined by men.
The harmonious World Peace bringing American Future is a byproduct of being ..Just Americans, with no strings or complexion attached!"

the black community is not the blame for black on black murders.
"Every time I have a conversation with someone about the institutionalize inequity inside of the African American community - and how unique they are to any other ethnic group in America because of slavery. If they’re heartless, regardless of race - they instantly reject my statements.. by stating issues that exist in the black community, like its murder rate. Thanks to gangsta rap, white society (popular society) has been brainwashed into believing Black are inherently violent, self serving people.
Interesting enough, my grandparent’s generation didn’t have an issue with Black on Black murders nor did my parents. In fact the Black on Black murder rate has nothing to do with the black community. Black on Black Murders exclusively has to do with the infusion of narcotics into the black community (Which is also a conspiracy theory to heartless people). It’s pretty obvious African Americans in the intercity were NOT cutting trade deals internationally for illegal drugs (just ask Oliver North lol).

Latin America by far is the most homicidal region of the world - Despite having around 9% of the world’s population, the region is home to 28% of the world’s murders, 42% of global homicides were in the region. The highest murder rate of all is in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, with 169 homicides per 100,000 people.
The murder rate in Latin America exclusively has to do with the “drug businesses destructive effect on communities”. Over 60 percent of African Americans incarcerated in America are so because of drug related charges. Without stating the obvious - it’s important to state that wherever you look on planet Earth and there’s drugs being sold at a pervasive level.. for sure violence,murder and government corruption are not far behind."

Privatizing American Law Enforcement - is the only way to reverse the institutionalized racism (against poor people of all ethnicities for profit) the institution of American Law Enforcement was built on. American Communities need to be educated - empowering citizens 2 select the type of protection they collectively decide upon. Privately Owned Companies - providing law enforcement strategies, personal, new technologies etc should not be limited geographically to the United States. Local American Communities, should explore all options -domestic and abroad in obtaining their standard of life quality. Americans should be ashamed being the wealthiest nation on Planet Earth but having the highest prison population on Planet Earth.

"We’re in a New Economic era the “Conceptual Age/Idea Based Economy”: Which means, minimum wage rising to $15 per hour is a gift from God.. because it’s going to force North American businesses to incorporate more technology instead of human labor. Human labor is an obsolete form of economics - the “Conceptual Age” is about idea creation, outsourcing labor internationally for pennies on the dollar. Even though, it’s a democratic initiative: raising minimum wage serves the US Economy well; moving us forward leaving the past behind. Some people argue… raising minimum wage will increase the cost of business but that only applies to business owners who choose humans over robots."

Several reasons "why not" to vote for #HillaryClinton 2016 :
The country is divided across the board - Hillary Clinton is not bipartisan and will only further divided America.
Hillary Clinton's decision making on foreign policy is greatly influenced by terrorist organizations like #Hamas & #MuslimBrotherhood etc - as they have given millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation.
Hillary Clinton will never invoke the trust of the American people, as she has been caught in repeated scandals due ( #Benghazi, email scandal etc) to her non truth-telling. She's a great politician but nothing is presidential about Hillary Clinton
The Clinton's are seen as elitist to tha everyday American and will not inspire the middle class. The Clinton's in the White House will be consumed with "unfulfilled prophecies" of their last stint in the White House. Trying to correct the past and overthrowing past enemies. America needs to move forward with a clean slate a pure slate..
The bottom line is: Bill and Hillary Clinton representing our country again is like a person, getting a divorce and then, going back to the partner - who, brought them so much grief.
It's time to move forward and not get caught up in this hype of the "first black president" or the "first woman president" and think with our American Intellect..

divine destiny of America!
Julian Hawthorne as wrote an article in 1839 which, while not using the term "manifest destiny", did predict a "divine destiny" for the United States based upon values such as equality, rights of conscience, and personal enfranchisement "to establish on earth the moral dignity and salvation of man".
